Your Impact:

Own weekly, periodic, and annual financial reporting across locations and districts — and actively work to automate recurring reports so the team spends less time pulling data and more time acting on it
Build and maintain a rolling forecast using real operational inputs, run reforecasts with clear variance commentary, and develop scenarios that keep leadership ahead of the business
Translate operational data into financial insights — bridging the gap between what's happening on the floor and what it means for the P&L
Support budgeting cycles, including variance analysis and commentary
Use data to identify inefficiencies and cost drivers, and partner cross-functionally with operations to implement solutions

Skills & Experience:

Degree in finance, math, or engineering
2–3 years of experience in finance, strategy, sales ops, consulting, or similar
Expert in spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets), SQL experience preferred
Strong quantitative skillset
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong communicator who can present financial findings to non-finance stakeholders clearly and concisely
