We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring for back-of-house kitchen roles.

This is a remote contract role for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and require little ramp-up — while taking pride in delivering quality, consistency, and results.

What You’ll Do

Recruit for BOH kitchen roles (Line Cooks, Leads, Kitchen Managers)
Manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Maintain strong attention to detail across candidate communication and tracking
Communicate proactively and clearly with candidates and hiring partners
Adjust sourcing strategies when market conditions change
Consistently hit weekly and monthly hiring goals

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Proven experience hiring back-of-house kitchen roles
Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters at every step
Reliable, organized, and accountable for outcomes
Comfortable working with urgency and shifting priorities
Brings a solutions-first mindset when faced with hiring challenges
Takes ownership and follows through without needing close oversight
Must be based in the U.S.
Must be able to support hiring across multiple U.S. time zones
Must have own computer, phone, and reliable internet
