About the Role:

The Restaurant Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the supply chain and facilities across their assigned region. This role ensures that all restaurants within the region have the necessary supplies, equipment, and resources to operate efficiently and that facilities are maintained according to operational standards. This position plays a crucial role in managing vendor relationships, inventory, and facility operations to prevent disruptions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing to ensure restaurants remain in compliance with operational, health, and safety standards.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime for equipment and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Issue Reporting: Identify and report any facility-related issues and collaborate with the Regional Director to implement solutions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the flow of supplies, ensuring that kitchens are adequately stocked with the necessary items to meet operational demands.
  • Inventory Control: Collaborate with Regional Operation Managers to monitor inventory levels across the region, perform audits, and optimize ordering processes to avoid shortages or overages.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or facility management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations within the region as needed.
This is a remote position with up to 25% travel required. We are considering candidates who can work within Eastern Time Zone hours and reside within 30 miles from Brooklyn, NY 11201.
