Line Cook Responsibilities / Responsabilidades del Cocinero de Linea

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
    • Preparar y cocinar los alimentos a la perfección. Cumpliendo con las normas de calidad de Salted.
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
    • Cumplir con las normas sanitarias y los estándares de precaución.
  • Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
    • Colaborar con el equipo de atención al cliente para asegurar una experiencia excepcional para el mismo. 

Line Cook Requirements / Requisitos para el Cocinero de Línea

  • Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more.
    • Una fuerte base en la destreza culinaria. Entre ellas, el uso de cuchillo para la preparación de alimentos, el uso de parrillas planas y más.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Poder mantenerse de pie por periodos prolongados y poder levantar hasta 50 libras. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience.
    • Mínimo de un año trabajando en cocinas.
