Schedule: Full-Time – AM, PM, Mid Shifts, Weekends

This Kitchen Manager posting is intended for kitchen leaders interested in Assistant Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Manager roles. Final role level and compensation will be aligned based on experience.

Pay
Kitchen Manager: $65,000
Assistant Kitchen Manager: $23 - $28

Responsibilities

Execute food preparation to Salted culinary and food safety standards
Uphold consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all stations
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant kitchen operations
Communicate clearly with the Hospitality Team to support the customer experience
Lead by example and lift the team during every shift

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

Own kitchen operations: scheduling, inventory, ordering, and financial controls
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Maintain accountability to company goals, not minimums
Partner with corporate teams to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

Strong culinary foundation (knife skills, prep, flat-top cooking)
Lift up to 50lbs
5+ yrs kitchen experience (2 years for Assistant Kitchen Manager)
2+ yrs supervisory experience (1 year for Assistant Kitchen Manager)
