We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the company by bringing structure to fast-moving priorities, enabling collaboration across teams, and ensuring the organization executes with clarity and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is energized by solving operational challenges, building systems, and driving business outcomes. You’ll have broad exposure and  be a key partner to the leadership team in ensuring the right things happen at the right time across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own cross-functional project management by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX.
  • Build and refine operational systems that make our kitchens more reliable, efficient, and well-supported.
  • Track metrics, workflows, and deliverables to keep priorities moving forward at speed.
  • Manage communication rhythms by synthesizing updates, risks, and decisions that keep leadership and teams aligned.
  • Ensure kitchens have what they need (equipment, tools, materials) and resolve issues with urgency.
  • Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
  • Contribute to team operations, onboarding, culture moments, and logistics.

What You Bring

  • 2 – 5 years in business operations, project/program management, consulting, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-step, cross-functional projects
  • A systems mindset — you naturally streamline workflows and create structure where there isn’t any
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with operational data or metrics.
  • Excellent written communication — you’ve created clear updates, process docs, or summaries in past roles
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and accountability across teams
  • High ownership and follow-through — you anticipate needs and keep work moving
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Excitement to grow in operations and take on more responsibility as the business scales

Salary Range: $100 – $140

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans
  • 401k with up to a 4% employer match after one year
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote Work
  • Paid Family Leave
